For our clients, we deliver more than technical solutions. We provide reliable, long-term and sustainable systems designed to meet the highest industry and environmental standards.
Our references showcase projects in which Hydroworx has contributed to improving the efficiency, reliability and safety of system operations.
Kecskemét – Biogas Compressor Replacement
Due to the ageing of the existing compressor system, the efficiency of biogas utilisation had decreased.
Hydroworx optimised system operation through the installation and integration of a new compressor, achieving a 30% reduction in energy consumption.
Sajószöged – Wastewater Network Construction
As part of the project, a municipal wastewater network was constructed in the affected areas of the settlement.
The works included the installation of 1.5 km of rising main, 0.5 km of collection pipeline and a pumping station, ensuring efficient and reliable wastewater conveyance.
Timișoara – Biogas Plant Feasibility Study
The objective of the project was to assess the biogas utilisation potential of an existing wastewater treatment plant.
Hydroworx prepared a technical and economic assessment for the development of a biogas system, including the process concept and evaluation of the expected energy recovery potential.
International Projects – Biogas Holder Installations
The Hydroworx team has been involved in the installation and technical delivery of biogas holder systems across several European countries.
Our projects have included the installation and system integration of gas holders with varying capacities, as well as comprehensive technical inspection and commissioning support.
USA / Cincinnati – Installation of a Complex Waste Reception Unit
As part of the project, a co-digestion technology upgrade was implemented at an existing biogas plant originally designed for mono-substrate operation (glycol-water based feedstock). The investment included the installation of a comprehensive waste reception, pre-treatment, preparation and shredding unit.
The investment included the installation of a comprehensive waste reception, pre-treatment, preparation and shredding unit. The primary purpose of the equipment is to supplement and feed the digestion process with various co-substrates, including expired food products, kitchen and catering waste, as well as dairy fats. Through the professional reception, separation and preparation of organic waste materials, the system significantly increases the specific biogas yield while providing essential nutrients and trace elements for the digestion bacteria, thereby optimising the digestion process.
